You're free to book any service level. Standard Cleaning is always available and maintains an already-clean home to the checklist above. Deep Cleaning is recommended — not required — for first-time visits or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned recently, and clients can add it whenever they feel it's needed. Because every booking includes current photos, we'll let you know before your appointment is confirmed if your home would be better served by a Deep Clean. Standard Cleaning covers the listed checklist within a set timeframe; it is not a substitute for Deep Cleaning on heavily soiled or long-neglected homes. If conditions on arrival materially differ from your photos, our Scope Adjustment Policy applies.

Listed pricing reflects homes of typical size and layout for their bedroom/bathroom count. Homes that are significantly larger than typical, or with additional living spaces (offices, lofts, bonus rooms, multiple living areas), are priced with a custom quote.

All bookings require current photos that accurately represent the property's condition at the time of booking.

If the condition of the property materially differs from the submitted photos or the selected service level, additional charges may apply. Examples include excessive clutter, excessive pet hair, excessive trash, post-construction debris, biohazards, or conditions requiring additional labor. Any adjustments will be documented with time-stamped photos and communicated to the client before additional work proceeds.

A minimum service charge of $150 applies to all visits.

• 48+ hours' notice: free reschedule or cancellation.
• Within 24 hours: 50% of the service total.
• Same-day, lockout, or no-access: 100% of the service total.
• Recurring clients: skipped visits require 48 hours' notice to avoid the late-cancellation fee.

We serve Miami-Dade and Broward County. Locations at the outer edge of our service area may include a travel fee, always quoted upfront before booking.
